To share grades and graded submissions with participants by email

You can send the results to participants directly from the app and, if you want, give them access to their graded submissions online.
To all participants
In the Grades tab, click Send grades at the top right. You can then customize the email.
To a single participant
In the Grades tab, click .... You can then customize the email sent to that participant only.
💡 Without an email notification, you can also allow access to grades and graded submissions from the Configure tab, Results section (Grade visible, Answers visibility). Participants will access them from their own interface.

No: the email contains a link to the submission online, never an attachment. To download submissions as PDFs, use the graded submissions export.

Before sending, set Answers visibility to After submission in the Configure tab, under Results. Also turn on Grade visible so the participant can see their grade.

In the Configure tab, under Results, set Answers visibility to After submission, then turn on Documents available.
Participants can then open the exam documents (PDF, audio, video) from their graded submission. The option only appears when Answers visibility is set to After submission.
