Add LaTeX formulas between `$`.

Since the introduction of the new subject editor, it is no longer possible to write mathematical formulas in LaTeX directly between $ or $$ in the subject editor.(See doc)

To save time, it might be useful to automatically convert LaTeX code typed between $ or $$ into a mathematical formula.
