Change plan

See the available plans, change plan, and move to the Organization plan with our team.

The Choose your plan page shows the plans your organization can subscribe to online. The Organization plan is set up with our team.

Only an organization admin can start a subscription or change plan. If you created your organization, you are its admin.

Open the plans page

  1. In your settings, under Administration, click Billing.

  2. Click View plans, or Change plan if you already have a subscription or a trial in progress.

If the Billing page shows the Your plan card, your plan was set up with our team: click Contact us to change it.

The Choose your plan page opens.

Move to the Organization plan

The Organization plan cannot be subscribed to online: our team sets it up with you.

  1. On the Choose your plan page, find the Need more? Organization plan card.

  2. Click Contact us. The support chat opens: write your request to our team.

ℹ️ The Organization plan does not appear in the plan grid and cannot be purchased from your settings. Always go through Contact us.
