Possibility of adding instructions accessible during the exam

The instructions are only available in a box before the start of the exam, which is collapsed by default (students have to expand the box to see all the instructions). I'd like my students to be able to access the instructions during the exam if they wish.

>Could you also give us the option of removing the box for MCQ instructions (as many exams don't have them).
