Improve Admin Search Relevance and Ranking

I want the search functionality on the admin side to prioritize exact matches or use relevance ranking. Currently, it seems to sort results alphabetically, which causes exact matches (like "2026...") to appear after many partial matches (like "2025...") if they are alphabetically lower. It would be much better if the search results were ranked by how well they match the query, or if there was an option for an "exact match" search.
