Don't show grade vs scan count warning when filtering results

Type: 🐛 🚨 Blocking Bug

Description: Ticket support very time consuming with a teacher who tells me that all grades do not go up. She told me the problem appeared on two exams, but I didn't see anything. And then, on the other hand, on the last exam, there's a problem. I'm wondering if there aren't any delays in getting the grades up or something, knowing that on top of that, on the grades tab, there isn't the alert that says you have fewer grades than scans or more scans than grades. There's the alert with the orange call-out in general. Which I don't have.
