Automatic application of "tiers temps" for ongoing exams

I want the system to automatically apply the "tiers temps" (extra time) based on the candidate's profile even if the exam is already in progress. Currently, if a candidate starts without the accommodation being active, I have to calculate and add the time manually, which is inconvenient. I want a button or trigger to apply the profile's accommodation automatically during the session.
